I’ve been a BMW owner in the LA area for 10 years and never felt so taken advantage of. They charged me $1300 to change the alternator on my 2006. When I asked why I was being charged $250 more for the alternator than the listed price online, Dave told me ‘he’s got a business to run’. When I came to pick up, Dave had me walk to the neighboring parking lot and find my car in the way back.
